Greg West leads an ordinary, unexciting life, that is, until finds his young coworker, Megan, brutally beaten to death in her apartment. Dissatisfied with the routine investigation, Greg decides to find the killer himself, although a grouchy detective makes it abundantly clear he doesn’t want Greg’s help. Greg dodges death in one close call, but he faces a life-or-death encounter with a man he realizes has been living a double life and intends to make Greg his next victim!
